So yeah, I was planning on going to the shore. Sadly, it doesn't look that'll happen so I'll just go to the wharf. :o

lauscho - July 4, 2008 05:08 AM (GMT)
Happy America Day.

And I guess since it fits the bill, happy belated Canada Day too. I worked for mine, and made about $250.

I will probably be somewhere off by myself, blowing those up by myself because my local friends suck. But that's okay, it leaves more for me. B)

I see you believe in celebrating the independence of your nation by blowing up a small part of it... :P

Best way to do it.

If the world worked according to my wishes, the best way to do everything would involve blowing something up. B)

Your wishes are warped and wrong. The best way of doing everything should involve only consumption and repose.

Happy Birthday America.

And now, the story of a man who loves his country... a little too much.

Uh... sorry.

I guess Nagi has been developing his creative side.

My fourth of July was what it was. Sadly, I didn't go to the shore but there were still fireworks and I had one of the best days I've generally had in quite a long time. ^_^

Just so we're clear, no holes blown in clothing this time right? ;p

Nagi has lots of talent.

And the fireworks last night disappointed. :(

I got to watch about 6 different fireworks displays and lightning from my front porch last night. Plus explosions, thunder, crickets, and bullfrogs for music, overall awesome.

Liara - July 5, 2008 09:03 PM (GMT)
Yeah, it was pretty damp for Independence Day. There was a weird mix of smoke and fog outside. :o

Despite my best efforts, no, no additional holes were put in my clothing. ;p

I ended up going to a gathering with some friends from the radio-world. Our combined fireworks purchasing totaled out to around $750, and we shot for at least 4 1/2 hours. :D
