Leon was in Shanghai along with Andy Hui, Gigi Leung, Kelly Chan and Miriam Yeung to take part in a charity concert for cancer patients.
He was seen chatting away to Lu Ping, the vice chairman of the China welfare organization throughout the night. When asked what they talked about, Leon said, Lu Ping commented that I do not have the Beijing-accent when I speak Mandarin. I told him the reason was because I have stayed in Hong Kong for so long, after speaking Cantonese for so many years, my Beijing-accent also changed. Lu Ping remembered that Gigi filmed a music video with me ( :o ), so he asked me if Gigi was this tall at that time. Then I replied, Gigi was already a very tall girl back then.
Leon was the last performer of the night and most popular having received the most applause and causing the whole arena to scream! He sang 4 songs in total: Love Heaven Love Earth, No One But Me, Heart Beating and Baba.
