Just curious... do anyone of u guyz already got experience chatting online with Leon recently? In which chatroom? How many times he appeared online so far?What do u think about him? :unsure:

Well, I just felt so strange bcoz Leon is 'available' to chatting online with us! I never believe Leon got alot free time, while he is very busy working! How can he got time to be online?! And from what I know, Leon also is not the 'internet-expert'... he rather playing his computer-game Playstation than chatting through internet. :lol:

I still remember last few years while he was in Singapore, the organizer invited him to join the online chatting session with fans... he said that he never have an experience before to chatting online. Btw he said, it's an interesting activity & maybe will try to do it again someday. But looking at his tight schedule, i don't think he have much time to do that. :blink:

I hope u guyz, please be careful to those anyone try to pretend to be our Leon. <_< Leon perhaps can chatting with u, but i dun think he will introduce himself as "Leon Lai" easily. Like us, nobody prefer to exposes our real identity online. Please think about this... and again I want to remind u... be carful to any person that try to pretend as Leon Lai. ;)

well since the person who gets us the chats is Leon Family (fan club) of North America's former president....i'd imagine she'd have contact with him.

he usually doesn't chat as "leon lai"...he uses other names =)

i think there's been about 4-5 online chats but i've never been there (completely mis-matched time zones) but judging from the answers it doesn't seem like him, i'll give him the benefit of the doubt until i actually experience it though.

p.s. can you leave a name next time, would be nice to put one to an opinion :)

Hello, one of my close friends who is also a loyal fan to Leon has joined the so-called, Mailing list organized by the same person who claims to have real Leon on the chat room. She told me that mailing list asked about her Passport number, Social Security Number, and Driver License Number. I personally have joined Leon Family before. I have never been asked to give out so much of my personal identification information. The organization of that mailing list is pretty weird, in my opinion.

To those fans in North America and fans who are not very familiar in the language of Chinese, please BE CAREFUL!!

This organization/mailing list has risen the attention in several Leon fans forums in Hong Kong. Some people even asked the executives in Leon Family to see if they know about this so-called "former president of Leon Family in North America." According to the executives in Leon Family, no one knows about this person. If she is really the former president of Leon Family in NA, there must be executives within Leon Family who know about this person.

I have been to several of the chat organized by this mailing list with this pretend-to-be Leon. I noticed that in the chat, this "Leon" has been given too much power to this mailing list. Let's think about it logically. How will a superstar like Leon give more power to an oversea on-line mailing list than to his own official fan club, record company, or agency???

In the chat with this imposter of Leon, I also asked some personal question about Leon through my knowledge about Leon as a 10-year Leon fan. This person can't even get the right answer!


So please, especially to those fans who can't read Chinese, be really cautious.

It's good that this mailing list has been sharing Leon's news with fans in English. However, having a person pretend to be Leon is really a low behaviour.

Believe that mailing list or not is a personal choice. I respect those people who believe that list. So please respect my decision for not believing it (since I have been attacked viciously before for questioning this list :P)

Just a little saying; If something sounds too good to be true then it probably is (false) or words to that effect :P

i have been chat with LL for two times, ofcourse i believed that he's Leon. Most people argued with me that's not Leon, but i kept defend "him",
I think on the third time, there are some people in there try to ask him some questions, then I have feelings that's not Leon. That person try to pretend Leon and have some attitudes that similar when Leon said to the reporters. As a fan, i know that a star shoudn't say those things. Leon knows what and when to said things. ( that's one thing that i like him also). So as far as i know, there is a person have been tried to pretend to be Leon.

One time, i write a letter to Leonfamily and ask to be a member, then i got no letter back. Some one must received it already, if not, then the maildelivery shoukd send back right?
