Leo is a Whitelighter - a guardian angel to good witches. He has the power to Heal and Orb. He can Orb up to the Elders by turning into little blue sparks, however, he is not allowed to orb with a demon. He can also heal good witches when they are harmed from fighting evil. He is not allowed to heal other than that purpose as we saw in 'Awakening' when he healed Piper from a disease, the Elders found out and they clipped his wings. Not only can he heal people but also objects. In the episode "Size Matters" he healed the P3 sign for Piper's club. Leo also has a variety of smallish powers which he doesn't use very often: Levitation - The power to hover. Thermodynamic Generation - The ability to heat things up as seen in the episode "The Truth About Guys" Regeneration - The ability to regenerate physical components or to create substances as seen in the episode "The Truth About Guys" |

dont u think it would be good if he could bring people back from the dead for example Prue or Andy

What is his 'Elder' powers??
..how would his 'Bringing Back The Dead' power work?? |
