Phoebe is the middle sister and possibly the most changed character in Charmed. Phoebe Halliwell has come a long way since season 1 and her troubles in New York and as a rebel teenager. Phoebe has always had trouble with men, and always seems to fall for the bad guys however had found her true love with Cole Turner, whom she married. Her marriage to Cole didn't last, and filed for divorce during season five. Now that she is single again, shes back to dating, Jason is the guy in her life at the moment. In the past, Phoebe has found difficulty with finding jobs, however, she has now found a stable job as a column writer in 'The Bay Mirror' newspaper and has become a some what of a mini celebrity in San Francisco. Her powers are levitation and premonitions.
