Been talkin to some GW staff today and they have confirmed that there will be a new VC bloodline released in 2004, probably as part of the Storm of Chaos supplement prior to Archaon's invasion.

They were VERY reluctant to give me anymore details, but rumour has it that it's based on a vampire that ventured into the Chaos Wastes. A mixed VC/daemon army? NIIICE!! :)

Could be, like I said, the guy wasn't very forthcoming with details. He did say that it's not gonna be one of the ones mentioned in the previous WD article though.

If it's part of the Storm of Chaos supplement, then it's likely to have a clear link to Archaon's invasion. Apparently two of the other forces in that book will be Norse Dwarfs and High Elf navy......

A deamon/vampire bloodline would be awsome but what deamons would it contain if you know???

I very much doubt that there would be any daemons in this new bloodlines list. I think it's more likely to be a regular undead army with new characters. New bloodline powers and so on. Obviously the composition of this "regular undead army" would have to reflect the fluff of the daemon-vamp, the same as any other bloodline. But no actual daemons in a VC army.
