I dont use man Psykers in my BA army but lately ive been more and more tempted toi include them on the grounds "that they look cool" or mine do anyways. The last time i fielded them was way back in the last days of 2nd ed when the psy phase could kill whole armys if you were lucky.

So all you 40k people out there whats the best role for those Librarians on the battle field. I run with BAs so would they be good on the charge with my DC (librarian with jump pack?) or dealing death from the back of my lines?

Librarians are great for conjuction of the Death company with the Chaplain With his assult psychic power (Quickening) when combined with a power Weapon or a Force weapon for Multi wound creatures ( such as Wraithlords and Hive Tyrants (BA counts as S 5 on the charge :) )

Umm unfortunately only Chaplains and SHPs can go with the DC, if i have a librian i put him in termie armour leading my termies, making it ideal for killing tough many wounded critters (power fists and force weapons!) plus sometimes they get a LRC to let them role!
