can anyone tell me about any changes to dark elves, i already know new stuff from druchii. i heard of upgraded hydra, can anyone tell me about it.

The changes listed on Durchii.net *are* the changes to the Dark Elves. They are being officially published this month, I think, and as far as I know are the only official changes being made.

The Hydra variants I believe are in one of the Warhammer Annuals already published by GW.

There's a list in the new White Dwarf:
  • Black Guards have Eternal Hatred instead of Black Guard Hatred. "Eternal Hatred: Black Guard are vicious killers and Hate everyone and everything. In addition Hatred continues to have an effect in second and subsequend rounds of combat."
  • Incease the Leadership of Cold One Knights to 9.
  • Two Cold One Chariots may be taken for a single Special choice.
  • Add following to the frenzy rules for Witch Elves: "While Frenzied, Witch Elves still Hate High Elves, although the Witch Elves would normall be Immune to Psychology.
  • Change the line of first paragraph of Cauldron of Blood from "Any shooting hits scored against the unit are divided evenly between the Guardians" to "Any shooting hits scored against the unit are randomized between the Guardians and Cauldron in the same manner as war machines. Discount any hits against the Cauldron itself."
  • Increase range of Cauldron of Blood's Red Fury to 24 inches.
  • Add to the first paragraph of Assassin Hidden rule: "Alternatively, he may deploy as a Scout.
  • Increase War Hydra Apprentices' Movement to 6 inches.
  • Word of Pain spell. Add "including units in combat" to the end of the second sentence.
  • Blood Armor, add"total save" before 1+ in the last sentence.
  • GIve Beastmaster a light armor option for +2 points and a sea dragon cloak option for +6 points. Add a lance option to the Beastmaster for +4 points.
  • Executioners have heavy armor as standard, no point change.
  • Decrease the Dark Elf Warriors' point cost to 7 points each.

Those are all from the most recent White Dwarf magazine.
