I'm thinking of getting a few Wood Elf models and painting their skin like the Night Elves in Warcraft III. What color should I use?

Try using Space wolf Grey with a couple of washes of blue ink then a lighter shade of Ice blue(sure there is a colour, simliliar) and dry brush over it
