Well having seen the gradual increase in 40K, and the excellent WHFB Arena of the twins by Arch seer, I've shamelessly pinched this idea for 40K (sorry ARch seer :unsure: )
Well here are the rules

Characters may only be chosen from published Codexes (note they do NOT have to be independant characters)

Characters and wargear may only be up to 200 points

When you've teamed up post it here, if your not teamed up by the deadline for entries I will team you up

If their are an uneven amount of teams I will have them fight 2 chaos space marine lords with great weapons

Challenges may be made

The only scenario special rule used will be infiltrators and deep strike, infiltrate will allow you to set up 20" to the enemy rather then 24", only one member per team must deep strike (and must state if they want too beforehand)

Good luck, I will not enter unless absolutely necessary, have fun :)

Storm bolter- Pyscannon rounds (10) Ignores Invulable saves, Ap 4 same as Storm bolter.

Holocaust (power) assult phase, Ord blast, I 1 S 5 hits, allow saves.(20)

The Aegis- Psychic hood. roll d6 add to leadership
The shrouding - 3d6 x 3 to hit Greyknight
The rites of Exorcism- Daemons suffer -1 leadership and assult move is d6 as like moving through differcult ground.

Just one thing: you might want to introduce a rule to stop people from using jetpacks to hop around out of attack range shooting constantly while never entering close combat (the Tau commander might be tempted to do this. It will make for incredibly boring fights, IMO)

The reason it is set up this way as you can opt to attack anyway you use besides we need a rule to see how many times you can fire as such, mind tau arent the best in close combat

Hmmm... Then I want to propose an alliance with Tau commander Shas'La. If a vampire and a wood elf could get away with it in AOT-fantasy, surely a chaos lord and a Tau commander would be a force to be reaconed with.

Khemri, I hate to break it to you, but his Points cost is 205... A darn shame if you ask me.

E-storm 18" Ordinance, S3 AP-, pinning test (On vehicles, AP = 2D6 and spin to face random direction)in the Shooting Phase
Mind War: 18" Farseer and one opponent roll D6 + Ld. If farseer wins, each point is saveless wound on the opponent, if Farseer loses or scores less, no effect.
