Title: The Bloodied Axe of Khorne

Arch-Seer - November 23, 2005 07:34 PM (GMT)
Visions have haunted your dreams for what seems like an eternity; A blood red axe, levitating on a pedastal of pure obsidian. Around the weapon are mounds of skulls, all enclosed in a room with no windows, no light, and no obvious defenders... Slaanesh whispers into your head with words of the power you might possess, or your own God bellows what good can come from destroying the artifact. The choices are yours.

A masked man arrived on your doorstep one day. Encompassed entirely in shiny black robes, he somehow found his way past the scores of guardsmen, and with elegant words, has convinced you to sit and listen to his tale. He tells you of a weapon of power. He tells you everything, every detail, you have been dreaming about the past months. He convinces you to travel to war.

Your army mustered, with weapons glistening and armour polished to perfection, you march towards only a dream.

In the summer following Archaon's defeat at Middenland, only more death follows.

And somewhere in the nether regions, Khorne laughs to himself. "It's about time I had a new champion."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1) Choose a faction and create an army! You may have up to 800 troops(not points!). Please use common sense when picking troops, as anything over the top will be asked to change. For example, you cannot choose 800 Chariots or 800 Cannons. All magic equipment rules are the same. Atleast half of your army must be core units. 0-1 etc rules for units have no affect.

-Special rules- Skaven and all goblin armies get an extra 200 troops to use. Chaos demon and mortal armies get -100 troops because of the skill of their warriors. Tomb Kings and Vampire Counts get an additional 100 troops because their magic will be less important than in smaller games(though still important). Any giant mounts (dragons and the like) will take up a hero spot.

Stats are not necessary to post.

2) Please write some sort of fluff for your army. Anything that would help in originating your army would be great.

3) Roleplay! You will be acting as any one of the character you chose, so choose wisely, as this will have an affect on the game.

4) Have fun!

Save me a spot! I'll probably choose something other than Lizardmen for once.

Will be starting over at Rezephua very soon. If you want you could head over there and create an army. Any extra submissions(we are full now) may be added in later.
