Just to clear another thing up, when you post you are ready, do not post what you are going to do, just the fact that you are ready for our attacks.

The sun brightly showered the field the day the war started. Hordes apon hordes of Savage Orcs crashed on lines of glittering scales as the Lizardmen tried desperately to fight back their hated enemies. It was night before either side started waning. The Orcish leader, Warboss Sylak, signaled the retreat as his masses started breaking. The lizardmen praised their God for victory, but knew that tomorrow, the horde would be back...




This is a RPG/army builder. What you will do is create a character(300 point maximum), along with a 500 point army. All game rules will be used, except there will be no core/special/rare hinderents. I am writing up the system, so this will be a trial run. I need 3-5 Orcish-alligned teams, and 3-5 Lizardman-alligned teams. I will lead the Orcish hordes(unless there is an overwhelming number of orcish-alligned teams), and after all of the entries are in, the first Lizardmen entry will be their leader.

Just to clear something up, you do not have to play either the orcs or lizardmen. You can be any race, just remeber to tell me what alligence you are(no evil High elves, etc will be accepted)

Going over by only 7 points is fine. Any army that goes over by +-20 will be accepted.

Yes, I will be making the Savage Orc army ASAP.

As to the rules, I have written up a simple system that should eventually end us up with an army representing each side, and atleast 1250 points each. You pretty much say who you want to attack and where(what region you are attacking), from what direction, sending what part of your army in first, etc.

Yes, you get 300 points to spend on your character, and 500 points for your army.

Yes, we will keep using the Lizardmen army list to make it 3v3(unless we have more people joining.)

The first night...

Vriishnak the Prince of Slannesh, Syrax the Sorcerer Lord, and Sylak the Savage Shaman gathered that night at Sylak's base camp. "Da' lizzard menz are stong fiders, de ar'. Weez need to tkez' da' big ding if we ar' d' gets da' magikz," Sylak said, or atleast tried to say. Vriishnak continued the orc's thought. "Their skill is legendary, and with the reported reinforcements, they are sure to be formidable." Vriishnak smiled. "But they do have one weakness; when things start looking bad, they turn tail and run back to their little temple, content their God will save them. But Slannesh watchs us, and he will not let us fail." Syrax unfolded the map his scouts made of the immediate land:

The defenders sit in a torch lit room, discussing their defences...


Quar'lip stood and looked to his comrades. "My forces are severly weakened. Their recent and sudden attacks have caught my forces off guard, and we are unable to send skink runners out..the orcish hordes have dispatched Goblin Wolfriders into the surronding land." Jericho tunred to Quar'lip. "Do not worry, young lizardman. Does your Slann not have enough magic to defend this place? They say your leader is almost a god." Quar'lip looked up to the ceiling. "And he is, good King. But while under meditation, our Lord has no power, whatsoever. And we cannot disturb him, for doing so would call apon the wrath of the Old Ones." Balthazaar lounged back in his chair. "There is nothing we cannot handle, friends. If we are to turn back the tides, we must be organized." They all mouthed 'agreed', and sat down to get to work on their defences.

The night was overwhelming warm when the forces of orcs and chaos attacked the alliance defenders. Dimmly lit, the camp of the Tomb Kings was quickly rushed into a battle, as hordes of deamonttes and barbarians poured in. At the same time, the Savage Orcs attacked the lizardmen' stronghold. The crude bronze spikes and walls stopped the intial surprise attack, but soon the orcs where charging over the walls, and fighting quickly escelated.

Initial surprise attack-

-4 Saurus Warriors dead from unit 1, 4 dead from unit 2. 7 Skinks dead.
-4 Savage Orc Boyz dead from unit 1, 6 dead from unit 2.
-2 Marauders dead from unit 1, 3 dead from unit 2(those 3 kills where very lucky because you rolled, "camp surprised, sentries fight normally".)
-9 Tombuard dead, 2 raised. Jericho is in battle with daemonttes.
-1 Daemontte dead.



(Lizardmen are in battle with the orcs, Tomb Kings are fighting with the chaos groups. Empire, you may do whatever you want, just post here.)

Your Tomb King is with 4 Tomb Guards, who were his sentries. Your Scorpions or now in combat, but the sudden attack caught them off guard(-1 attack). Now they fight normally.

Can I cast my incantation of smiting on myself to get another attack round also would like to try and get my tomb scorpions (main block) to support my tomb guard, if cant make it on there own i would like to use spell of urgency to help one also tomblades are counted as magic weapons to ignore deaminic ward saves right?

@ King- Yes, you can cast that.

@ All- All of your troops are(except Empire) spaced into groups of 5, or as close as posible to groups of 5. So, King, your incantations would make 5 Tomb Guard attack again/move again, not all of them.


*New Rule*
When in battle, you can sacrafice one round of attacks to 'rally' your units. This will bring your troops together. This is great for spear using troops, who fight in ranks, or elite units who can't handle tons of enemies at once.

I am assuming the Empire wants to come aid there teammates?

The Hordes of Savage Orcs fought brutally, but only a hint of damage was dealt on either side. Quar'lip sounded his horn, and charged into the fray, his plate piercing every orc it struck. The Boar boyz, just finding a way into the battle, charged headlong into the Kroxigars, the two units now in a desperate struggle for the right flank. The battle between the orcs and lizardmen was hard, but the hordes of orcs eventually were reinforced by a band of goblin wolfrider scouts, who arrived just in time. The lizardmen sounded the warning alarms, so no surprise was achieved, but still the bows of the wolfriders struck true into a Kroxigar. Could the new cavalry tip the scales of battle...?

About a mile away, the Tomb Kings were being battered. No matter how hard they fought, the hordes of marauders and Slaanesh daemonttes pushed ever forward. The mounted daemonttes charged quickly, only one unit reaching it's goal, it striking the flanks of the Tombguard. Jericho, seeing his forces in disary, looked around for his great warriors; two giant scorpions able to rip anyone to shreds. To his great surprise, they were already in full battle, striking left and right, marauders falling wherever a strike landed. Jericho's blade cut cleanly, falling more daemonttes, but more pilled over the slain bodies, intent on slaughtering the King. The great Vriishnak suddenly appeared, the head of the Tomb Guard champion in his hand. He threw it at the King, and waited as his daemonttes charged past him.

The Marauders attacked ruthlessly, tearing through the ranks of the King's guard. The Tomb King's forces were on the verge of collapse, and his scorpions could not take care of every raging marauder... Syrax watched from his steed, half a mile away, his horsemen with him. Could his forces continue to drive the undead back?

And the Empire forces, just hearing the cries of battle, quickly armed themselves and flocked to the Lizardmen temple, no intention of letting the magics slip into cruel hands. Would they arrive in time...?


The battle rages-
-3 Orc boyz dead from unit 1, 7 from unit 2. 1 Boarboy is dead
--The Orcs have gained a small scouting party of 5 Goblin Wolfriders.
-3 Saurus warriors dead from unit 1, 3 from unit 2. 1 Kroxigar dead. The Skinks can either shoot at the wolfriders, charge the wolfriders, or charge unit 2 of the boyz.
-5 Marauders dead from unit 1, 3 from unit 2.
-5 daemonttes dead. 1 mounted daemontte dead.
-Tomb guard champion and 5 guard dead. (Those scorpions are invulnerable... :angry: )

--Next round, the Empire can either attack the orcs from the flank, or go around them and help the Tomb Kings.

ooc Just try and kill my tombking he only takes one wound from combat resolution and he gets wounds back and has a ward save.
