I am building a 2000 point army with 0-2 rare units and want an effective mass killer, but all of the two rare units do this. So far i have bought a casket of souls for it affects the battlefield of enemies which can see it and messes up enemy spellcasters. Now i have one slot to fill and i have no idea which is better. I'm afraid the Bone giant will crumble too fast and miss alot with a weapon skill of 3. The catapult also dies very fast but does more damage. Hmm... which one should I choose. A little help in the decision and tactics to use it with, please. :lol:

if your taking a caskrt of souls definetly take the catapult as the priest cant move to heal the giant but can cast rightous smiting on the catapult, its better anyway

Can the liche priest at the casket still cast spells? :o I didn't know that, I thought it was just disabled and only Light of Death can be used.
