Title: Wulfen DP or Dragon Ogre DP?
Description: Need help...
Khrangar - April 30, 2003 11:53 PM (GMT)
I would like to know how I could go about making a Wulfen Daemon Prince. I have figured out most of the parts.
Base: DE Manticore
Arms: Normal DP
The only thing I cannot seem to get are the hands and the overall stance of the Daemon Prince. Bear in mind that I haven't actually bought any of this yet. I can most likely do the legs with green stuff but I am unskilled in using it so I would like to know how to sculpt fur using GS. Also, if at all possible how to make the Manticore head more wulfen.
If that fails I plan on going to a Dragon Ogre Daemon Prince. I face another problem there. I don't know how to sculpt scales and any help on that part would be great but what should I use as the upper torso for his body? That is the only thing stopping me from making it and bear in mind that I don't want to just use a DO and strap wings onto its back even thought that is the easiest way of going about it.
Any and all help would be appreciated.

In the game 'confrontation' they have werewolves, they're about the size of a daemon prince, and they look pretty cool
Hope that helped

It would have helped if I could get my hands on one of the models, mainly Killyox, but unfortunately for me, I cannot as it is a Europe based game more of less and I haven't seen any of these models in Canada. Also not being old enough to do e-bay, that it out as well.

Too bad, they are pretty cool models. I coul try sending it, but that might be just a bit expensive ;)

Khrangar, considering e-bay: can't you make a deal with your parents, for your anniversary or something?

where do you get green stuff?

That may work Maelduin ab Sardis, thanks for the idea. For Takeru, you can get "Green Stuff" at GW stores and they may have it at good hobby stores. Alternatively, you could use Miliput which is basically the same thing.

The same thing, except 50% cheaper if I know GW
