Here are the rules it follows, pretty much the same system of scaly's rpg

all characters start with basic equipment of their race.

Kill rating is determined, by the toughness of your foes and how many kills you make. It is your new currentacy to buy items and wargear.

Ps: No matter what race you are you can use other races weapon if you buy them.

Background:

Paco come from the craftworld Biel-Tan. He is a striking scorpion, who graduated at the top of his class, specializing in Hand to Hand combat. He mother died while giving birth to him. His father and older brother have been both killed in a war against the evil Chaos Marines, leaving him without any family and he has vowed to see revenge for his lost father and brother.
