Tombguard321 - August 11, 2003 10:27 PM (GMT)
As the combat drew close the rounds of fierce combat began*

Logan vs Necron Warrior

L= Logan
N= Necron

I tests

L 3 +6 = 9
N 2 +3 = 5

Duration of this combat will result in Logan fighting first.

Shooting Attack*

As logan aims his scope at the nearest Necron warrior (fires) As the shoot closing in onto the Necron warrior the shoot misses * roll a 1 (note Logan has a re roll skill in profile) 'Damn' Logan says to himself Lining the shoot once more ' I, have you now' as he shoots once more, As the Bullet leaves the Barrel the shoot Hits the target

Bs 2+ to hit because of sniper gun (roll a 1 first, then a 3 after)

Wounding*

Due to being a sniper gun (wounds on 4+)

As the shoot closes in on the Metallic warrior, it hits the target though doesn't find a mark in the warriors Armour

Rolled a 2

Necron warrior shoots

The necron stares towards Logan it's eyes glows green, as it glaus Flayer opens fire

Bs 2 meaning 5+ to hit

The green pulse hits the rock, Missing Logan

Rolled a 1 (ooc) my dice rolling is terrible

Arch-Seer - July 12, 2003 04:21 AM (GMT)
After days of traveling on your transports, you find yourself on the Necron world of Kronos, dead as it's inhabitants. You shuffle your feet whenever the distant star casts shadows over the land, reminding you of the planet's view from above; dark, dusty and less than friendly.

Imperials- You were sent here to help aid the defences of a small stronghold reently enacted. Reports of Chaos warships entering the sector are still unproven, but are becoming more and more frequent, as energy blasts are reaching the surface, obviously in attempt to make a landing area. Also, unconfirmed reports of Eldar on the planet have reached the Commissoners's ears. You are husseled out of the transport, and rushed into your barracks, told to unpack; "tomorrow they arrive".

Eldar- Your mission was clear and unquestionable; secure the planet, no Necrons must leave. You noted the human and Chaos forces long before they knew you were here, and know that your commander must act fast if the Necrons are to be stopped.

Chaos Space Marines- You look out of the window from your transport craft, slowly nearing the dead world. You were told of the recent reports of Imperial movements in the area, and jumped on the chance for shedding the blood of the loyalists. You smiled when the call came over the PS system; "Arm yourselves. The drop pods are ready".

Kingphesphestus - July 12, 2003 10:10 AM (GMT)
Meazza finished unpacking and looking around at the rest of the rag tag group wondered not for the first time why he was here, pushing these thoughts aside he decides it best to inspect the encampments defences and armourments before the battle as well as finding the mess hall.

Drauthnir - July 12, 2003 04:20 PM (GMT)
A squadron of Wave Serpents arrived at the Eldar encampment to bring reinforcements to the area. Tyrell stepped out of one with the rest of his guardian squad. Among the other transports were more troops, armaments, and food. An Eldar farseer approached, "Welcome to Kronos, I request that you see the reports from our recents patrols." With this, the reinforcements gather in the main room of the bunker. There they found a large holo-map displaying the current positions of the enemies. To the north east was an Imperial position, and Tyrell decided to make special note of that.
"Go now and rest, we begin the culling at dawn."

Khrangar - July 12, 2003 08:48 PM (GMT)
"Finally some fresh meat" thought Khard'ragnor as he sniffed the death in the air. He knew that there would be loyalists around and he thought that there may be one among them that could best him, or at least prove to be sporting. As he walked along he saw his fellow brethren preparing their weapons for the bloody war that was soon to happen. "No need," he thought as he passed the training ground of the weaker legions. He decided to go to the main command bunker so that he would know the location of the enemy and that would be all he needed. One that was complete, he would then begin his ritualistic trance, that turned him into the bloodlusted monster that all knew, as he did before all battles so that he would become the most feared warrior on the battlefield. As he walked back to his bunker he noticed something on the air, something inhuman and yet all too familiar. He quickly began the trance by repeatedly saying "Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Throne of Khorne!" under his breath.

Maelduin ab Sardis - July 13, 2003 08:12 AM (GMT)
"So, the reports were correct" thought Mandrake, observing the planet from space. "This is were the real traitors are, believing they don't have to fear our righteous might..." Preparing his weapons and armour, he was anxious to get going, wondering whether he would be working with some of the other marines, or simply infiltrating and sabotaging. Either way, he looked forward to sowing terror among the corpse-followers. "Quite fitting they shall meet their end on a world full of corpses", thought Mandrake, as he went to the briefing room...

Arch-Seer - July 13, 2003 03:02 PM (GMT)
Imperials- It was during your mid-morning calastetics that the first shots rang out. Green blasts tore through the thick, metal walls you thought unmatchable. The perimeter was uickly swamped with bodies, though dead or hiding you could not tell. You ran back to your barracks, grabbed your weapons, just in time to hear the loud speaker say, "NECRONS!"

Eldar- Your transport ship was headed to the forward outpost when green lights lit up the sky southeast of your postition. "Human again", said your commander allowed. You were about to protest when a blast knocked you off your feet, sending you to the ground. The ship was bleeding red gases, and an emergency landing was ordered. You jumped first, spreading your temporary wings and landing easily. Five more of your comrades made it to the ground before another blast rammed the ship, blowing it to thousands of pieces. You ran to the nearest crater, which dotted the landscape, and watched as a squad of Necron warriors ran to your position. One of your soldiers blurted, "Well, it starts here".

Chaos Space Marines- You casually watched as more of the loyalists trodded along the landscape. They had fallen into the trap so easily. The gorges, which were though impossible to cross, where dotted with small ledges that could hold up to two men each. A red and green flare sounded on each side of you, and you leaped over the ledge, running full speed towards the Imperial soldiers.

Drauthnir - July 13, 2003 11:04 PM (GMT)
The 6 guardians gathered in the crater. Tyrell couldn't help but think his commander should have been more alert, but this was no time for blame. "We will have to use these craters as bunkers. How many of you have plasma grenades here?" Tyrell asked. He was the highest rank of the six, so he would now have to take command. Only two of the guardians had their grenades.
"We can't make a stand here - there are too few of us. We'll concentrate fire on the necrons while one of us throws a single plasma grenade. The flash from the plasma grenade should blind them for a couple of seconds while we run to the next crater. We'll keep on doing that while we make our way to a better position. We'll see if any equipment survived the explosion for use. Agreed?"
The others could only nod in agreement.
Tyrell felt the need to give a last word of encouragement, "We shall not be killed by the soulless ones today. May Eldanesh guide us to victory!"
The guardians readied their weapons...

Khrangar - July 13, 2003 11:17 PM (GMT)
Khard'ragnor cared not whose blood was spilled so long as it was. He rushed into the first non Chaos Space Marine he saw, which so happened to be Imperial soldiers. The weaking Imperials were easily slaughtered by his massive chain axe and he truely wished that one among them would prove to be a challenge, but alas, there were none. He began to make his way towards where the command of the army would be. He noticed the retched banner that held the Imperial Eagle that he hated so much. "It will burn!" he thought to himself and he neared their position getting ready to take the skulls for his Lord Khorne.

Kingphesphestus - July 14, 2003 12:34 AM (GMT)
Meazza let fly at the nearest necron from his cover and let a grim smile play across his lips as it fell apparently dead, suddenly it started to rise, "damn " yhought meazza" im gonna need a stronger weapon "
With this he started to sneak towards the armoury in the hopes of finding somrthing stronger to fight with

Maelduin ab Sardis - July 14, 2003 04:41 AM (GMT)
Surveying the battlefield, Mandrake noticed the necron machines walking among the imperials and sowing confusion. "Hmmm", he thought "a nice moment to get on with it" and started sneaking towards the imperials, who were too concerned with the frenzied blood eater with the chain-axe to take notice of him, so he followed more or less in his wake, slightly off to the east, dispatching the imperials with ease, and steadily making his way to the command squad, only stooping to pick up a fallen bolt pistol on the way in. (note to to ST:if you don't want me to, just edit this part, I'll get the hint ;) )

OOC: I'm taking out Imperials and moving towards the command squad, trying to avoid any Necrons on my way in, but I'll happily take'em down if they block my route of approach and there's not too many of them. If I reach the command squad, they're going down...If I run across a power weapon, I'm grabbing it too.

Scaly - July 17, 2003 06:59 PM (GMT)
Carefully taking aim at one of the Chaos Invaders, Logan puts the red triangle reticle on the glowing red eye of his mutated power armor. Slowly clicking the safety off, he squeezes the polished silver trigger as the well oiled las generator excites the green hued beam that exits the Long-las with a soft crack...

Tombguard321 - August 10, 2003 04:57 PM (GMT)
As the Imperial are besieged by two foes, combat must be certain

Imperials: The commissar has ordered that all troops must hold off the invaders and all troops that flee will be excuted for there dishonor of the Emperor. Space marine chapter soon to be making Planetfall.

Eldar: The objective must be made sooner before the Enemy knows were here, Farseer Tyndria has sent his seer Illundra and several constructs of Wraithbone ( Wraithguards)

Chaos spaces: All must not be lost continue and spill blood, This world is all ours for the taking, kill them leave none alive!

Metallic warriors are drawing closer, Everyone be ready to go into combat and choose your battles

Roll d6 random for each race:

Imperials: 1-3 Necron warriors 4-6 Chaos Marines (anyone shooting at a particular foe will deal with them first)

Eldar: 1-3 Necrons 4-6 Chaos Marines (no Imperial can be attacked though can happen though.

Chaos: 1-2 necrons, 3-4 Imperial, 5-6 Eldar (but can reroll a 5-6 if wanted)

Maelduin ab Sardis - August 10, 2003 06:17 PM (GMT)
Well I was going after Imperials normally, but I rolled a 2, so I guess there's a necron blocking my path  . If there's only one I'm taking it down, if there's more of them then of me (or my squad), I'm breaking off.

Drauthnir - August 10, 2003 06:39 PM (GMT)
Tyrell and the other guardians were forced to halt in the current crater at the site of a chaos marine squad. "Damn, these necrons are still in persuit, and these marines are the last thing we need. We have to find a way to get those marines attacking the necrons."
"I'll try to make contact with the base for reinforcements," one guardian spoke.
"The outpost is closer," said another.
"Spread a beacon on common imperial channels, then throw into the necron squad, that should catch the attention of these chaos marines. Our people should be able to pick it up too, and we'll have to hope they come too..."

(OOC) I rolled a 5 on my encounter roll. I was already being chased by Necrons, and it was just my luck that these guys would have to show up too. Whatever happens, I'll have to bunker myself in this crater.

Tombguard321 - August 10, 2003 09:10 PM (GMT)
Mandrake vs Necron warrior

Tyrell vs Necron Warrior

Scaly vs Necron Warrior (shooting attack)

Necron warrior as well see page for stats and i will begin rolling*

Scaly - August 11, 2003 06:58 AM (GMT)
Well I targeted a Chaos Marine and as I am a sniper, I think I should be able to pick my targets, but I rolled anyway just to humor you. I rolled a 5 so it didn't matter. I'll keep the previously posted action as my action.

Tombguard321 - August 11, 2003 01:55 PM (GMT)
Scaly indeed you are an exception as your are armed with a sniper equipment, no need to roll just pick who you want

Khrangar - August 11, 2003 03:15 PM (GMT)
As Khard'ragnor was running towards his objective, he noticed something coming his way that wasn't human. It didn't matter to him though, anything that stood in his way would be destroyed. As it got nearer, he noticed that it resembled a metallic skeleton. He charged it and the two began to do battle.

OOC: I rolled up a Necron as well.

Tombguard321 - August 11, 2003 08:02 PM (GMT)
Well i need to thank the dice as everyone roll for the same result :)

Drauthnir - August 11, 2003 08:29 PM (GMT)
(OOC) I rolled chaos marines, but it just so happened I was already fighting necrons. So I did roll differently.

Tombguard321 - August 11, 2003 08:33 PM (GMT)
Because you already stated that you were fighting a necron then you are already fighting one so no need to roll
