Well there is the army of Q(u?)atar but I agree that they do need more apendix armies.

Here is the numas list.
Its the same basic list except for the following
Tomb kings and prinave a bow for 15pts, special blessing of asp always hit 4+
May have one scythed chariot, follows all rules for a normal chariot
No more than 12 tomb scorpions
Arabian bow archers 13 pts each
skirmish, alive
scythians honour guard 14 pts
stubborn,immune to psychology, halberd,heavy armour
ill post stats later as well as some other stuff

just an idea, an army whith a the bows dipped in poison and a unit that slows the enemy down BUT still allows you to "darken the sky with arrows".

Queen khalid allows you to have poisioned arrows i believe
