As it says im making some home made obliterators for my 40k chaos.
This is were i am at the mo.
40mm bases
using a baisc space marine as the actual outline.
Im Trying to finad a way to bulk it up this is were i hit a problem.
I have put various parts and green stuff on ot the moedl but it makes it look stupid so i put a daemon prince head on to make the model look a bit better but then i relaise that it still isnt bulky enouhgt(its a bit bigger than a normal space marine.0
Could anyone suggest.

Here's a tip. Use Chaos Teminators instead of Chaos Marines.

Honestly, just buy them. Nobody but scibor can sculpt that well and I doubt he could do a whole model from scracth. If you really want to sculpt them use grey knight termies as we have really cack ones, the space marine ones are not out and they have bulk t them. If you are good enough to do this well, taking of imperial symbols from the grey knight should not be hard,

'fraid I've gotta agree with the evil monkey on this one. Obliterators are some of the best models GW produce, so I really doubt you could sculpt models better than them. If you can then fair play to you but I really doubt it to be honest.

Yup .. get the model if it's out there .... as for Scribor ... yes he could do it from scratch. He is a professional sculptor who works for MicroArt .... check out the site some time ... his trolls rock!!

Cheers for the davice i went out and got a grey kngith temr of a m8 filed of the symbols used green stuff to mould on and chaos symbol and my chapters symbol, and now its looking pretty good. At the moment i have attached a number of wepons on to it and added a shifitng face head from the chaos sprue. Also i have made the base look like , the obltierator is to heavy for teh groudn it is walking so the ground is brkeing apart and gradually he is sinking.
