Just heard a rumour that in next years Storm of Chaos campaign that in the book to accompany the campaign there will be new variant army lists included, (similar to the EOT codex.) One of them being the Slayer Cult army list. I hold my hands up and say that I dont know the reliability of this information but I'm just revelling in the prospect of fielding an army of my orange haired freaks. Surely the slayers are the most characterful unit, fluff and model wise in the game? B)
By the way if one of you nice people that have the variant list for Ulric that you could send me, I'd be eternally grateful as the nice people at WD seem to think that the British should wait until last for anything these days :angry:

Hopefully we might get some new slayer models as some are looking a bit dated and aren't all that good for making a varied unit. The fluff that exists for the slayers is high quality and we might be seeing some new characters unveiled.
Yes we got the rules for the 5ed White Dwarf in issue 200 but some other European countries got access to a new ltd ed mini for their WD's respective 100th issue. I'm desperately trying to get the model but can't find it anywhere, so if anybody has access to it then let me know and we'll do some dealing.
The new list for the cult might be as different as the Ulthwe list in Craftworld Eldar to the one in Eye of Terror, so it may be a good deal different. Otherwise why do it?

From what I've heard, the anvil is remaining the same but the rules for shooting it have been cleared up and fixed. Now there's actually a chance of hitting the machine.
