Will we have special scenarios or will it just be the ones from the rulebook? I mean like for a week or something we will have a group of 2 or 3 special scenarios that will give the winner extra points or something. I think it is a good idea but what about all of you? The only difficult thing would be coming up with the scenarios.

I'm trying to think of some special scenarios that can be used. I think this was mentioned in the post before this all started. Ones from the rule book are, of course, still going to be used.

If anyone else does have scenarios or scenario ideas, PM them to me.

One special scenario that I like playing (because of dwarves) is the random winds of magic. The scenario rules are simple, you use whatever scenario you want as normal and work out your power and dispel dice. At the start of each of your turns you roll the number of power dice and if any 1's come up they are instantly transferred to your opponents dispel dice, he is meanwhile rolling all his dispel pool and if any 1's come up then they are transferred to your casting pool. It doesn't add anything dramatic to the game but it adds a bit more tension or unpredictability to the magic phase.

I have another question about the campaign. Will there be different points for the different standings of the battle. Like the following:
Massacre - 7
Solid Victory - 6
Minor Victory - 5
Draw - 4
Minor Defeat - 3
Major Defeat - 2
Slaughtered - 1

Or something like that or will it be Win - 3, Draw - 2, Loss - 1?

Note that these point values are just examples but will it be something like the first or second one? I personally like the second one better since it is easier but tournaments use something like the first one so it is up to Drauthnir.

I am using:
0 point for a minor loss
-1 points for a solid loss
-2 point if you get massacred
1 point for a draw
2 points for a minor victory
3 points for a solid victory
4 opints for a massacre

Looks good to me. That way you'll actually have to win battles instead of just playing, which was a minor flaw in Khrangar's way off adding the points.

Khrangar's system is great in a tournament with a set number of battles, but might be less suited for this kind of campaign. Good to keep in mind if we ever run a tournie though B)
