I'm still voting for Arch-Seer's slaanesh army, because I like the theme, Slaanesh has many interesting options, and the army hasn't been kept to the abolute minimum of units, which will surely help him deal with any kind of enemy

i vote for khrangars khorne army as i feel its pretty solid
