My mate collects skaven and im wondering how to beat him

I have a treeman, scouts, waywatchers, glade guard, archers, wardancers, warhawk riders and a fewother things. any help?

Depending on how many points you are playing you wouldn't be able to use a treeman and a unit of waywatchers in a 2k battle.
If your going mainly archery based then:

1. I would split your archers into two groups of eightand set them up on different sides so you get the max amount of shots possible.

2. Send your warhawk riders round the side so whilst your glade guard are fighting you will be able to flank them, which is always useful.

3. Get waywatchers and scouts to take out the heavy weapens team ASAP as they can be dangerous as they can fire in on their own troops.

4. Bulk up your wardancers in one group and add in a bladeweaver so when you charge a large amount of slave you will get a lot of attacks as each one has two attacks. Then decide which dance you are to use.

And as far as Skaven goes, the only thing you really have to worry about is their magic.

Wardancers with a Bladeweaver owns.
Treeman = skaven death.
Archers are great for taking them out...but then again so is everything. Just try to avoid losing combat to them and you'll be fine.
