Does anyone know anything about the moot and halflings besides that in the rulebook? I am making a chaotic halfling special character (already have the model made) but I need what their lifestyle was like and so on.

So can anyone help me out?

think hobbits- I have the old empire book, and they are hobbits, pure and simple.

They also have some kind of border guard, and the elder of the Moot is one of the electors; and well, they're hobbits ;)

I remember at one of the Games days a few years back that a guy had set up his display of a totally converted/scratch built halfling army. There were swarms of farm animals, cavalry on goats, the old halfling hot pot and treemen carrying halflings in their hands as well as the RofR unit. If I can find out his website then I'll post it up, I did take pictures because it was a really good piece of work but the quality of my pictures was crap and don't do the models justice. I know that his website had an extensive background to halfling history so would be useful to you.
