§1. does official rules for the warhammer RPG exist and if so do you have to buy a book or are they avaliable on the web, if so wich site?

That's a vague question, but I'll answer it as best I can.

1. GW do sell a roleplay version of their game - I'm not sure how you can get hold of it.

2. This forum can be used for any system of roleplay rules - so far the GMs have mainly invented them, with a couple of attempts at running online WH Quest as well.

3. It may or may not be necessary for you to own or even understand the rules in order to play the game. In my RPGs, the rules are a complex, large file and I will email them to anyone who asks for them, but no knowledge of them is required to play the game. In more simple RPGs, you may be given a brief breakdown of the rules in the initial post.
