Title: Shall we return To Our Sub campaign?
shahad - August 24, 2004 05:46 PM (GMT)
With six days left it looks as though the forces of light have middenheim well defended. Our seven day crusade on chaos is up today. Shall we give settra a final push for the last few days? Remember that Victories on the last weekend count for double. it would be a shame to lose some of our momentum at the end of the war.
What say you my fellow kings?

I say, that's a good plan! We have honored our alliance with the CoL, and when they need us we will be there for them (at least I am), but now there are other things to attend to, and our Subcampaign is our nr 1 priority. This is our final chance to push the percentage up another two or three percent, so try to play (and win!) many battles this final week!
THE BADLANDS WILL BE OURS!

Agreed Nightshadow. If we see Middenheim get in trouble (unlikely :D ), we should offer whatever help we can.

Firstly where did you get the victorys count as double? The only thing that counts as double are the US events on the week end, and they are at the city walls, second I doute that all the tomb kings games being in the bad lands will have much effect, due to the large number of games played there already we would have to post a massive number of victorys, on the other hand a +1 or -1 on the walls is determined by as little as one game. We have an 11% victory margine I see little point fighting there at the moment unless the ork player post there on mass which they are not going to do.

Of all the weeks in this campaign I'm least concerned about this one, given the incremental effect of the numbers in our campaign and the masterful control the CoL is exerting over the walls of middenheim.
My fellow tomb kings, we are but six days away from a major victory on the main map and a major victory on our subcampaign. I think we can all enjoy a pat on the back for that. :)
Drinks and partying at Settra's place on D-Day! Bring your own ambrosia!

I agree this has been a resounding success due to some masterful planning for the side of all that is good and true.
But prehaps we should avoid counting our eggs just yet ^_^
Nahh lets get a head start on celebrating

Pwmf199_Us white dwarf under the events section for the last weekend claims that victories wil count as double: white dwarf 295 page 11 "at the walls of middenheim". Perhaps you are right it may only be for events.
Well we will still have opponents who wish to roll of, and some with no desire to play in the badlands at all. Remember you must decide where the battle takes place before the game, so games will still end up on the main map. Winner choses is against the rules, and very unfair to orcs and vamps as far as the badlands are concerned. Also we can check the page source on Uk site again. We are currently at 63.819... about 32 victories from moving up to 64 percent.
To Phes and Amun, I know it is hard to not just claim victory right now. So lets just accept we won and start partying like it is the year -8000 all over again. :D
good job to both of you!

To the badlands, I will email the members of khemri.co.uk

There is some rumour that the percentages now seen at the website are old and unreliable. If you open the data file for SoC (
Data File ), you'll see that we lead by 64% in stead of 61%!
:D
