I was wondering whether anyone had a really sucessfull tactic in using 1000 pts of Dwarves?

I have a 2 Runesmiths
An Engineer
A cannon
An organ gun
A flame cannon
A stone thrower
1 Unit of 16 Warriors
1 Unit of 16 Warriors
1 Unit of 16 Crossbowmen
1 Unit of 12 Slayers
1 Unit of 12 Thunderers

...To Work With

Any help would be great

My main opponents are Empire, Highelves, Chaos, Lizardmen Undead and Tombkings.

well you don't really need a runesmith in a 1000 pt battle unless going up against a magical army.I suggest you the Dwarf Tactica by KU and I am not sure If he has posted it here but how to get started collecting Dwarfs.

Yeah read the tactica, but for what u would take out of that army..heres what i would anyway

1 unit 25 core warriors
1 unit 10thunderers
1 thane (general)
1 st
1 unit 12 slayers
1 organ gun

see how many pts that is and than whatever u have left either beef units or throw on runes (id go for runes)
