1 question about the rune...hwo does it work? does the +2 mean that u get 2 extra dispell dice in the magic phase or is it +2 to any roll u make...ie u roll a 5 and a 6 on a dice which is 11 and than add 2??
and is it worth it?

If it gave 2 more dice, it would say so. It gives a +2 to the total number rolled on any dispel attempts.

As to whether it's worth it, that really depends on the level of magic your opponents use. It makes it basically guaranteed that bound spells will be dispelled on 1 die, and gives you a better chance of other dispels, but it's expensive and makes your BSB easier to kill than if you equipped him for survivability.

I think Redbeard is better personally.
