I was working on a 2000 pt CoP cavalry list (Dark Elves get so much nice cavalry options with Cult of Pleasure) to try out, and I came across a general question that I wasn't quite sure how to answer. So I'm hoping you guys will know. In the .pdf for the CoP, it says that both the Aspiring Chaos Champion and the Dark Elf Noble are taken as presented in the rulebooks. This would theoretically mean they could both take their respective chariot types as a mount. However, the list for the CoP does not allow chariots in general, and since the chariot is theoretically a seperate entity from the Champion and the Noble, I would assume this means it could not be taken. Am I correct in my thinking?

No neither can be mounted on a chariopt as both chariots are not in the COP list.
