I just went through the signup and there appears to be a great deal of high elves and not many other also a lot of good teams and less bad.
One question will we count tomb kings as bad or neutral because i think there neutral

I think that they should be evil just to balance out the teams. Then again, if it doesn't fit their fluff, of which I know nothing about, then they can be neutral.

Play them as evil, even though the fluff tends to suggest a certain neutrality you have got to admit playing as evil is a lot more fun than playing as the good guys. Ask any skaven. You have got fewer moral objections and you get to cackle maniacally as your army takes over the world to add more legions to the servitude of you honoured Tomb king. Be bad, not in the Michael Jackson way, just bad.

I would say that because of their location in the world, they should be considered evil anyway. They are more likely to clash against Brettonia and the Empire than Chaos all the way up north.

If the Good side surpases the Evil side by a lot, and if it is ok with the other Mods, I will switch over my army over to Skaven.

That's fine with me, as long as your skaven army is posted and you edit your sign up post to say you're using skaven instead.

Ill play therm evil then with one exception i hate skavenand will never ally with them.

Also Will this be pure whfb or will there be a mix of skirmish as well.

We can include skirmishes, which would be really cool with patrols encountering theives and raiders and all.
