Which unit do you like the most considering painting, best looking, best choice ect.

Personally I love Knights (they look very good) and Pistoliers (very efficient), too I am a fan of artillery but I do not like the new Helblaster.

I voted for the basic stuff, because they look great in big regiments and are pretty much the cornerstone of my empire army.

I vote for Pistolier because they have cool models, are fast cavalry, and have pistols. They'er just really cool. Plate mail is always a bonus B) .

I have to go with the rank and file troops. Knights are obviously better but the R&F make up the bulk of your army and can do really well if used right. Drauthnir, Pistoliers don't have full-plate armour, if they did, they wouldn't be fast cavalry.

i voted knights coz the models are very nice and i think they do quite well on the field of battle

Ooops, that's right they don't have full plate. Don't know what I was thinking, but I still stand by my choice of pistoliers. The basic stuff is cool, I like the halberdiers. The knights are solid, and arguabley better than knights of Chaos IMO.

I only say one thing: Steamtank is coooooooooooool!!!!!!

I like the knights. I just made 5 converted knights from random bits from a bunch of different races. And they are quite good, if a little slow. The pistolier models are wearing some form of steel plate armor, though it only qualifies as light armor. I think they should have the option to wear full plate but loose their fast cavalry ability, like wolf riders.

are you guys serious? its all about unbreakable units. ANd we have flaggellants, a rank and file unbreakable unit... thats awesome. Much better then a hellblaster in most cases.

Why stab something when you can blow it up :D

I like the State troops best.. The Swordsmen and Halberdiers most actually..

I like the pistolier models quite a bit but their knights I don't like that much.

I just noticed that flagellents have 3 attacks at S5 on a charge and are tough as hell!

they are gods against the undead normal troops.......or that blasted Coach.

but they are good against most things........tis only their crap weapon skill that lets them down.

I personally like the pistoliers, very effective for flanking, and charging, and they look great! I'm obsessed with cavalry, and calvary with guns, well these guys are my favorite.

I vote for the steam tank cos it can cause a lot of impact hits and is just like a very mobile artillery model. B)

I like Knights and Pistoliers but the most funny model to paint and perhaps to play is the Steam Tank
