Anyone want to talk about the current army list. What do you think should be changed, and what is good to keep. Personally making dryads have 1 wound is not a good thing in my opinion...

Staying with dryads the changing of the oak aspect to +1s or +1t is akick in the nuts :angry:

And making them skirmishers... charging flanks is less effective.

Giving them +1 wound should/will make them more treelike. I don't think stabbing a tree in the "heart" will kill it. Much less an animated tree.

I am quite happy with the Dryads they work fine out, but I think Wardancers should be little better or perhaps lowered by 1 pts. We need more magic items and a new troop type or two, like Beastmaster with pack. ;)

Although i do like the current rules for WE magic i do think that in the next edition army book we should have our own magic law [prehaps with tree singing as the 1st spell]
I like the idea of a beastmaster, prehaps being able to lead warhawak riders and dryad units if he wants [or being mounted on a unicorn, great eagle]

I must say the unit I would most like added is a flying swarm, ravans, crows, jackdaws, wood pigeons or even starlings for example. And the return of the wild hunt. Beastmaster are ok but not necessary in WFB anymore as a lot of armies have animal units that work on their own. We could just have units of beasts. This would enable us to have an army based around the Wild Hunt of both Elven and Celtic mythology and something I thought was a good idea in previous WFB system.

WHY SHOULD THEY GET THIS?: Because they are forest spirits magical beeings like daemons very resistant to non-magical attacks!!!
