Clan Rolk Boomers Special choice
m-5/ws-3/bs-3/t-4/w-1/i-1/a-1/ld-6
Unit size: 1-3, move on there own.
Weapons + Armour: hand weapon and boom barrel
Special Rules: Immune to psycology, expandable, For the Council, boom barrels, +warpstone posoining
For the Council: The rats are willing to give there life for the clan. They are considered some of the most trust worthy of all rats ( ;) yeah right a trusty rat). To represent this as soon as they get into base contact with the opponet they self destruct!
Boom Barrels: These barrels are filled with warpstone powder that is combined with gun powder. When it is ignited there is a mighty explosion. Connected to this barrel are vents and gauges to make sure the explosoion goes off at exactly the right moment. When the barrel explodes put the small blast marker over the boomer (it is destoyed instantly and counts for victory points). All models, including yours, underthe template are wounded on a 4+ with no armour saves allowed. The effected unit(s) must take a panic test immediatly. Also give the boomer a 5+ armour save.
Warpstone posoining: Any model, who was wounded after saves and not killed by the blast will suffer from warpstone posoining. For every effected unit roll a D6. Ona 6 they suffer another wound with only ward saves allowed.
Every time the boomer suffers a wound and didn'y save it roll a D6 and consult the chart
1-2 Whats this red stuff? The model dies instantly with no other effect.
3-4 Rats! Do i smell! One of the vents were shot off and some of the gases are leaking out. Place the flame template behind the models. Any models under it suffer a strength 3 hit with a -1 armour save. The model is removed after that.
5-6 Cough....Whats that smell? The shot ignited the fuse but was a weaker compound. Place the ordinance marker over the model. Any model who is under or touching the template suffer a strength 2 hit with a -3 armour save. After that the model is removed.
So tell me what you think of it. What would be a better name?

What are they about 40 points each? I think a better name would be something along the lines of a Kamekazi bomber or something like that.

Ahh, I forgot to give them points? I put them down at 50 points each. I want a name that is really ratty but the best i could come up with was boomers which isn't ratty. Do you think they are too powerful? Or whatever? :rolleyes:

I like it! Very nice unit. Rat with explosives is a wonderful thing. :D Just one thing: Do they have Strength and Wounds?

You should make them explode if they are shot. That would be fun to see on the battlefield :D

That's what the chart at the bottom is for. So basically, if your opponet was really afraid and unloaded everything the had on it, the boomers could basically take out 1/3 of your own army.

There is no infiltrators in Warhammer, thats 40k. And if I made them scout that would make them way too powerful.

well is their some one that can make them faster so they kinda faster then rest of ur army dont blow up on themselves

Thay have a charge of ten inches, in some armies the charge is only 8!. Plus I can always use magic to put them somewhere.
