Well since no one seems to have any help, and I'm rediscovering my roots(I play DE and TK on the side), I'll comment.
Will your General be going in a unit of chariots? If so, (its a risk) you could add in a Banner of Undying Legion. You'll be greatly aiding your defense of the unit, but if your up against a cannon, its just easy victory points. But then where will your Prince go with his Blue Khepra? The rest of your heros look fine.
A 34 skeleton regiement? Has that worked for you? To me it seems bulky. You could drop a Scorpian and create 2 units of 20 skeleton warriors.

did you see that new elder strike force in eye of terror (40k)
where half the army start off the board this is inspired by that.
The chariots being fast cavalry will go as fast as they can to the enemy or the scorpions and swarfms will be buried, 3rd 4th turn when they pop up will be fun.
The skeletons are just a guard for the hierophant, and ive always prefered big units of fear than little, and my main opponent is skaven so i take almost the max.

sometimes when you experiment it pays off like once i took an all chariot army that was fun and pretty effective too :)
Well may I ask why did you give your guy destroyer of enernities. You can only use it on foot...
