Title: Messanger from the land of Lustria
Description: TK I have found you at last
Soteks Chosen - March 19, 2004 07:07 AM (GMT)
Greetings from Lustria, the land of the Lizardmen.
I have been trying to locate a place where a number of Tomb Kings players meet, and I have finally found one. B)
I come on the account of SoC. ^_^
I see some of you have visited the site CoL, and you can see we are attempting to forge an alliance with the great Tomb Kings.
Some on the CoL diagree with an alliance, but those matters will be fixed soon, as with the Orc and Dwarf Alliance <_<
GW may have some plans for the TK, and many are waiting untill it is answered wether or not the TK are on the forces of light.
However, if it seems that the TK will remain undecided the forces of the light would gladly allie with the TK.
I imagine that if an allaince was forged, the VC who seem to be on our side may be of trouble to you.
This is exactly what happned with the Dwarfs and Orcs, but after things were put in perspective it made sense to allie.
This is the reason:
Chaos's goal for SoC is to whipe all non-evil off the face of the planet (although GW wont really have this happen :D ) If the TK where to choose sides it would make since to allie with the light, as the Chaos threaten to destroy everything in their way, making the world a chaotic wasteland. Some races enjoy this, the DE and Skaven, but I think the Khemri wouldnt be too pleased about this. ;)
It depends on what you want to do great kings of Khemri.
I do not know if a emmisary of Darkness has reached you yet, but this post is to let you know a place for the TK is always open in the forces of the light.
BTW: I also collect TK and THEY RULE !! (I will be playing both the TK and Lizzies for SoC)

I don't mean to be insulting but you are acting a little errrm, arrogant?
Rathis Darkwielder - March 21, 2004 08:34 PM (GMT)
He already admitted that he had seen that some other member of the CoL had been here before him. I was just thanking him for the explanation, because I thought that he would no longer stay here to negotiate (since I was already here and are the official ambassador). No offence was meant.
Kroq-Gar - March 22, 2004 01:02 AM (GMT)
Sorry to point that out Rathis but you didn't accomplish too much by yourself in your last topic...so perhaps letting another one to say something will help your cause....
Rathis Darkwielder - March 22, 2004 05:38 PM (GMT)
The reason why I can't seem to work anything out here is because the Tomb Kings here don't have an ambassador to speak to. All members can join the discussion about a possible alliance and although it has its merits, it also makes the discussion go on rather long. Furthermore, I haven't seen any kind of organisation here (except the forum itself), so there's no-one to give me any requests to discuss yet.
I'd be glad to start with the real discussions about a possible alliance, but unfortunately I will need to wait for the Tomb Lords to organise themselves before I can continue any further.
High Lord Axus - March 24, 2004 11:03 AM (GMT)
sounds a good idea.
Kingphesphestus, when are the Tomb Lords gathering?
HighPriest_Lokist - March 24, 2004 11:59 AM (GMT)
pardon me for this anti-climatic question, but im new here. I understand wat is the CoL, but what is the SoC?
Rathis Darkwielder - March 24, 2004 05:05 PM (GMT)
SoC = Storm of Chaos (the summer campaign this year, centered around Archaon's invasion of the Empire).
Scharras the Unyeilding - March 25, 2004 12:19 PM (GMT)
Have we found out who acts as an ambassedor with the CoL during the SoC??
I would be willing to send my most trusted liche priests to join with these persons and act as ambassedor...
(in fact i have already contacted them.. though i at present speak only for myself...)

yep, that is the way it would probably be with the Tomb King anyway, until Settra comes along.....
HighPriest_Lokist - March 27, 2004 02:42 PM (GMT)
y should we be interested in this?
We only want land and treasure, an alliance with SoC will ensure so.
Rathis Darkwielder - March 27, 2004 04:43 PM (GMT)
If you believe that the Hordes of the Everchosen are trustworthy, they would make the best allies for you. But the real problem is that those same Hordes are not to be trusted at all, for they contain both the backstabbing skaven and the druchii. How can a foe whose second nature is betrayal be trusted by the noble kings of Khemri?
High Lord Axus - March 29, 2004 08:50 AM (GMT)
Somebody slides a dagger into my back, nothing happens, they slide several more, I still don't notice because I am already dead, I turn around and wollop the guy with 4 strength 5 attacks.
On a more serious note, why should we trust the CoL, I am banned from your site, how is that an incentive to trust you?
SuperMitch - March 29, 2004 09:29 AM (GMT)
High Lord.
In all fairness you were presenting a very anti CoL Point of view.
I would probably ban you from my site if you just payed me out all the time.
Even though these things were apparantly intended for the Tomb kings benifet.

By your logic you would ban him from this site for presenting a very CoL sided view.
However, I would be happy for him/her/it to come to my site and present a one sided argument. Provided it does not turn into a spam/flame match then a competetive argument can be enjoyable and challanging. I am sure that Rathias is real nice guy/girl/thing in real life, just as I am, I just happen to be pitched against him/her/it in this war.
note: this post should be pollitically correct, thank you for your time.

That would be logical .... if this was a pro-Chaos/Conclave of Darkness site. Fortunatly, the Tomb Kings have not alligned themselves with Chaos yet and are still contemplating both sides with their ancient wisdom. Not having as much patience as might be needed (being only a 'mortal' ;) ), I'll wait here until the tomb Lords have reached a decision or the war in the North begins.

well sertenly letting the chaos invade us won't help with retreiving our lands, i say we should all unite as crusaders and take down the chaos at it roots, if we dont nothing will stop them even if we beet them+ its going to give us an adventage, they wont suspect it. and charging lets you attack first :ph43r:
Scharras the Unyeilding - March 31, 2004 07:51 AM (GMT)
That's a way to see it... On the other hand.. does that same thing not apply to the forces of good... (only a theoretical question)
Let us wait and see what the futere (read: GW) has in store for us before deciding our course of action...
