ok 1st i got a question bout the censer bearers....
it ses u have to take a toughness test to se who gets affected by those poison fumes....how do u go about taking a toughness test??? i got the rule book and i don't member seeing that anywhere... -_-
and the second "fing" just a stratagy i thought up i wanna to see if there's any flaws in it besides bad luck/bad dice rolling.
k.....
grey seer is with unit of clanrats with ratling gun....casts skitterleap and all goes well re-appear on the flank of an enemy unit......and then cast pestilent breath on that unit(once again saying oppenet doesn't suceed in de-spell) and tehn fire away with ratling gun......could this work?? :)
EDIT: ah nvm botut he second thing **skitterleap only works on characters
i knew it was to good to be true
A message from Drauthnir: Remember that you can edit posts. Please dont' double post. Thanks.
how do you make a toughness test?
roll a dice for every model needing to take one.
if the roll is over the model's toughness, then the test is a failure. (model die-dies)
no armour save.
all rolls equal to or less is a success.
with skitterleap, .
yes, you can cast skitterleap, then cast the breath or warplightning into the combat he just escaped from!
this is VERY Skaven like to do and encouraged.
Thank you Drauthnir for that.
OK, you can skitterleap your characters, but remember, it often leaves them exposed to magic and shooting so it is often risky. I have used that before and it has worked. Skitterleaping your character into the back ranks of a unit in the combat phase is a favourite tactic of mine as it stops your mage being attacked (remember, you can not move your character into the back rank while you are engaged in combat).
