My List

Overall, it looks like a pretty solid infantry list.

The lord looks decent, but as I've said before, there's no point in overloading defense when you're benefitting from losing wounds. The Armour of Damnation is going to nullify most of the benefit of the amulet. My suggestion for best equip is in the topic devoted to equipping lords if you didn't see it or forget.

Slaanesh magic is good, but a single caster isn't going to do much, even if they're level 4. Either add another sorcerer or two, or drop the upgrades in exchange for a more defensive set up.
I also don't generally bother with a Power Familiar, as I'd rather have an extra mage for the ability to know more spells.

Characters in chariots can be really good, but the Whip is basically wasted. If you're charging you strike first anyway, and if you're not, the chariot's wasted. Give him a great weapon and use the points somewhere else.
Also, you can put a mage in the chariot instead without losing much from its hitting power.

Your chosen warriors are solid, but at that cost make sure you keep them supported. Flank charges from the Daemonettes or Horsemen will keep them alive much longer and let them take apart most units.
I might recommend halberd or great weapon on the other unit, as they otherwise don't have much hitting power.

Foot marauders look good though I'd personally try for 25+ to have the outnumber bonus as often as possible. hand weapon/shield is definitely the way to go.

More fast cav could only help your list; right now you've got two units, with three units of ranked infantry who could use the support. Another unit of Horsemen should finish the job, or you could use hounds if you don't have the points.

Am I reading the herd wrong, or is it 33 models? Remember that over 25% have to be in range to charge; I'd prefer two units of 12 or so - 6 gors, 6 ungors - , since you have other units giving ranks as well.

The giant is interesting; not something I'd try in my army, but also not something I'd recommend against, and the 2 spawn are solid.

Like I said, it's a good list overall, and my suggestions amount to more of a tweak than a large scale change. Anything you don't want to change, play a couple games as is, then try a couple with my ideas and see what works best. Good luck with your games.

Looks a lot better now. The only thing I can say now is to get some games in and see what works for you.
