Description: how?

I've been trying to figure out a way to make an elven steed rear up for my prince, but the horse mini doesn't really seem suited for it... Have any of you managed to get this effect with elven steeds? And how?
Tx guys

Paint his barding gold, and make the horse white to make it seem more "magical". That's what I did for my Archmage. But, instead of making the barding pure gold, I made it more subtle. I painted it Mithril Silver, then I drybrushed Shining Gold over it. It looks pretty cool. You look at it once, it's silver. Look at it again in a different light, and it's gold! :o B)

Woops, sorry. I don't have a very extensive vocabulary. :P

1) Get Tyrions horse, although that is probably too big.
or use my actual suggestion and...
2) Horses come in two halves, get two halves that each only have one hoof on the base. The leg with the hoof touching the base: cut it at the knee. Bend it how you want it and use green stuff (or whatever colour it is now) and fill in the knee. Do this to the other knee. Glue it together and that should give you a rearing horse. Then all you would need to do is choose the head, and modify that if needed.

That sounds like a pretty good idea Drauthnir, I'll give that a try, thanx :)
