USA! USA! USA! and I live in California, what a dump.
Aesgareth - February 27, 2004 02:45 AM (GMT)
Hehe. Up here? Our "group" has numbered, at certain times, as many as 5. Nowadays, many of the others have given up, so that would make 2.
There is a far greater number of 40k players, and I have a suspicion that there are a few more WFB players out there, but they don't spend much time in the hobby store, so I haven't met any of them. The 40k players number about 20 or 30 (me included) and have held some campaigns now and again (well, Vogen and EOT... but still, that makes 2!)
giles - February 27, 2004 11:17 AM (GMT)

asuryanman - March 1, 2004 04:37 PM (GMT)
Actually I am not a big fan of the USA. I think GeeW is a jerk, and I think that the USA shouldn't be dropping bombs anyway. But, yeah, I actually like the UK better, I stayed in Manchester with a friend last year and it was pretty cool (better than CA)
Vriishnak the Twisted - March 1, 2004 04:41 PM (GMT)
This post is getting pretty off topic. Avoid political debate in here, it will only lead to flaming.

i think he meant GeeW as in GW Bush???

amen!!
LordChilipepa - March 20, 2004 09:50 PM (GMT)
Yep, me and Rasputin have both bought tickets to Conflict, as has my brother. You'll be able to recognise us quite easily - Rasputin with the army of pumpkin-coloured dark elves, me with the Brettonian army consisting of a grand total of four units and my brother with the all-orc army that pretty much fills its deployment zone :)
@giles: Thank you for elucidating upon that point. George W. Bush...excuse me while I toddle off to the Angry Dome and rant for a while having heard the Thick One's name ;)
very nooby man - March 21, 2004 03:58 AM (GMT)

I don't think so. Without polish pilots at II WW England would be nazist country. (and the "greatest ciuntry" it isn't true enagland was greatest country but isn't now)

England obviusly is the greatest as we came up with football and cricket for example. Was the birth place of great writers. Most importantly Charles Darwin was English.
Lord Ramzes III - March 24, 2004 12:44 PM (GMT)
lolololololol
Poland isn't worse than England. Who discovered that Earth isnt the center of universe? Nicolas Copernicus from Torun, Poland. Who defended Europe from Turkish inviders in 1768? King John III Sobieski in the battle of Vienna. Who stopped comunistic invasion in 1920? Joshep Pilsudski, Warsaw battle. Who was the best knight ever? Polish Hussars (see: winged lancers)! About writers? I dont think that Adam Mickiewicz or Henry Sienkiewicz were worse than any of yours ;)
Just examples. For more, contact me plz by pm

The real reason I'm replying, however, is to say that I shall move this topic! Yes, it will make a good promotion of the new opponent finder section.
Any objections can be made via PM.
