Has anyone got the updated rules for dwarven engineers? In the army book that I have they have the Artillery Master ability (2 guesses when dec range for cannon or stone thrower and rerolling failed to hit rolls on bolt thrower.) I have heard that the reroll has changed to have the crew of the warmachine use the BS of the engineer, is this true anyone. If it is which reference material or annual or Q+A did these rule changes occur as I have missed them. :(

The changes to his rules are in the 2003 chronicles. Here they are:

Engineers - Special Rules-Artillery Master (Replace second paragraph with)

A Bolt Thrower which has been joined by an Engineer may use his BS when rolling to hit.
