I mean spell selecting is done by dice, so I can't help you there, how many power dice you use is common sense and to do with how many dice you have.

The order which you cast really comes down to what you have in the way of spells, how many dice you have and which is the most important spell to get off, but mainly just down to learning through playing. I really dont see how we can help you.
