Actually Khrangar is a highly mutated Exalted Champion of Khorne with 2 hand weapons (his own hands). He has the head from a Mordheim Warhound the 'cancer' arm from the Mutation sprue as well as a rending claw attached to the end of the tentacle arm from the same sprue. The rest of him is from my bitz box.
