Here's how you use the site:

To change your text, you will need to put certain codes around them, but it won't be too difficult. For example, to make your text bold, click on the "B" icon above the box where you type. You will notice a B in brackets appear. When you're done typing what you want to type in bold, click the "B" again. You'll notice that a /B in brackets will appear. You can type stuff in like that too. Do the same for almost everything. Then your text will look like this.

For things like color, size and font, it's a bit more tricky, but not very. For example, if you want to make your text red, click on the arrow next to where it says COLOR. Choose the color you want your text to be. You will notice that color=red will appear in brackets. When you're done typing what you want to be red, you will have to type in [/color] at the end. Or to make it more simple, you can click on Close all Tags next to COLOR. Your text now looks like this!

To use your PM (Personal Messaging) system, it is very simple. Just go into your Control Panel (The link is at the top of the page.) and click on the link to the left that says "Send New Message". Click on that, type in the person's name, create a message title, and you're all set!

To create a signature, just go into your Control Panel again and click on the link to the left that says "Edit Signature". Just type in the box for your signature, click "Update my Signature" and it will appear at the end of every message you post.

To add an Avatar, it is a little more tricky. First go to your Control Panel and click on the link to the left that says "Edit Avatar". You must go to a site and find a picture, or find a picture from your files. What I did was saved a picture from a site, so I could just pull it out of my file. Click "Browse..." to find your file. Then when you're done, just click "Add this avatar to my profile", and you've got yourself an avatar! If you didn't know, the Avatar is the picture that appears next to your name. Mine is Teclis. :D

To create a profile, go to your CP and click on the link to your left that says "Edit Profile info". Just fill in the information and you're all set to go. You don't need to fill out all the information, just the info that you're comfortable filling out. If you want to, fill out your birthday information, and on your birthday there will be a little announcement at the bottom of the page.

To add a smiley into your message, just click on the face to the left of this box where you type. The different symbols for each one will be added to your post.

When you add any of these options to your post, make sure that you have clicked inside the box where you type. Otherwise, the option you chose will automatically go to the front of the topic.

just how big can an avatar be? All the drawings I tried turned out to be to big in size...

Are they .bmp? Those are usually really big in size. Convert it as a JPEG and you'll probably be all set.

BTW The size is 100x100.

It's the dragon on the GW site, from the same place where you got teclis I guess... HOw do i know the size of a drawing?

Model wise I preferred the old model of Teclis though, but hey, that's just me

For some reason I cannot upload an avatar onto my profile. I follow the steps but nothing seems to happen.

Make sure the "Use my avatar" or some such bullet is clicked. When I hit browse, it automatically checks the "Use no avatar" bullet.

Thank you Grimgore, I didn't notice that before. My avatar is the Evil Monkey that lives in Chris' closet from Family Guy which they aren't making any new episodes for :( . I know it isn't Warhammer related but they don't have to be. And besides, I think it is hilarious.
