I propose a dialogue to be open between our two great races so that we may better counter the effects of the horrid Conclave of Light. The pathetic Dwarves and hated High Elves have allied against you, the Skaven, masters of the underempire. As we the Dark Elves work in all ways to foil the plans of our evil kin, we felt that to discuss options with you would be prudent to say the least.

The Dark Elven targets for this war will be Ulthuan and Lustria. Yes, Lustria. As we fight in Lustria game mechanics dictate that the winds of magic will flow more strongly over the Old World. This means that more warpstone will be created and your seers will be able to smite the dwarven foes that so long have stood in your way.

Also with a Dark Elven invasion of Lustria your tunnels that you were forced to abandon by the Lizardmen will be open to you once more. Minimal force will be needed to return the Skaven to a nation of prominence on that continent.

I suggest a dialogue, to at least ensure our goals do not conflict with each other. I await your council of thirteens decision.

The Great Ikit Claw Chief Warlock of clan Ckryre has announced that we almighty Clan Skryre accept your 'alliance'. The Gray Seers have spoken of the Great Ascendancy but it is not the time for it yet. First off ambasator you are a tratoir to the glorious Druchii. Why the greatest race on the planet want to ally with backstabbing ratmen? There is no need for that, unless it is to send them in first to soak up missiles and magic. In which case we'd be glad to have some skaven fodder uh i mean allies.

Everyone knows that you are the Admin of the Conclave of Light friend to Dwarves and High Elves. The TK have realized that they cannot trust you and have made a non agression pact with the DE. The Vampire Counts are far more interested in what the DE have to say than your pathetic excuse for an attempted alliance.

Throt the Unclean has come out to help chaos in their attack on the old world (see newest UK WD) by mutating Marauders for the attack on Middenehiem. The DE only wish to split the spoils of war with the Skaven and avoid conflict with them. You by your very pompous attitude and ignorant ways will only serve to bring the wrath of chaos upon your head.

The DE propose a non aggression pact with the Skaven of Warhammer Palace. It is obvious that this CoL scum will only use you to fight against Archaon, and then pick up the pieces of what is left over. Attack the Dwarves, and we will destroy the Lizardmen and HE. Wasting our efforts against each other would be most... unfortunate.

I'm on the yes side for an alliance with the evil elves, yes-yes..

I assume the goal is to get as many wins sent in for Storm of Chaos to win the thing, this claiming land fluffwise and gaining magic items ruleswise? But you dont actually think that if the Skaven win the whole ordeal that the Skaven would get a magic items called RatlingGun that costs 45 pts and is a carried ratling gun or anything? You saw what happened in the last campaign. DE got a few fancy items, but HE got as good/better items.

It really doesnt matter, now does it?
