I just need some basic help, I was trying to upload an image on my profile but it keeps saying that it is disabled or not enabled yet by admin. ?

Beats me. Maybe you should PM Of Doom about it, you know? Did you use a C: Windows... type of thing? If you did... uh... you might not be able to do that. Here, maybe getting an account, loadin' up images, and making links to there might help you.
Here's the Website.EDIT: Or, maybe your .jpg or something wasn't available. Because I used a .gif animation.
Try saving your pic as a .gif thing. Maybe you can try it.

Did you go to avatar settings or personal photo? If you went to avatar settings, who knows, but if you went to personal photo, don't go there.

Make sure it's either a .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png
not .bmp or anything else.
