ps2 is the greatist console ever tha best graphics the most games and every thing else a guy wants (besides from girls) who agrees that this is the console king ?

PS2 is a pretty neat system, with game like Final Fantasy and Dark Cloud... Still, I prefer X-Box.

Pretty neat with Sly Cooper and the Eyetoy, but Nintendo has, and always will be the king of all systems.

Don't mind the nintendo purists. Nintendo has good "friendly" games, PS2 has great RPGs among other games, and X-Box has a large amount of M-Rated, but good, games. Including Halo. :)

I deffinetly think the PS2 is king, Nintendo is a close second.

If you guys like the PS2, You'll LOVE the PSP, it has PS2 games and other games, too (That're for PSP only and may be realeased on a different playstation later) and it's almost too big enough to turn it off and put it in your pocket, but not quite, and it dosent only play video games, it plays movies, dvds, and music!

But I'm holding out for the PSP3 so that I my fav. shows in Color (And maybe on the PSP4 there'll be a slide on screen filter to wattch cartoons in 3D!Hey, a boy can dream, right?)

I heard they're going to release a movie based on Final Fantasy7. i can't wait, the ff7 game is the best out of the ff series to me.

i kinda have to disagree about n64 bieng to friendly. Sure it has that kiddy crap

PS2 is the best system of the this generation. (GC, XBOX, and PS2) But it isn't the best system in existance. Nintendo 64 had many better games then PS2. Ocarina of Time, Mario 64, Goldeneye, Mario Party 1, Mario Party 2, the original Super Smash Bros, Resident Evil 2, Perfect Dark, World Is Not enough, Donkey Kong 64. PS2 has some greats, the GTAs, Metal Gear Solid 2, Gran Turismos, no doubt about it. But its beaten out by a lot of older systems.

I agree N64 has AWESOME games.
But the only emeulator closest to the N64 was SNES which is also just as awesome. ;)

True, N64 then comes NES and SNES, which both are tied in my book. Following by PS2, and GC. Then PS, genesis, and the rest of segas systems.

i like ps2 but mine keeps busting, Gamecube can stay alive longer.

What did you do with it? I had my ps2 for 3 years and it never had a problem.

hey ive had mine for two years dropped it about a billion times and it still works

are you crazy? gamcubes endurance is ridiculous. ive went threw 3 already. great system, but its endurance sucks. ps2's endurance is awesome. i got it the first day it came out, and it still works perfectly.

How do you go through a Gamecube? I've had mine since 6:00 Am the day it came out, and it hasn't broken down once... Maybe if you mistreat it, but I don't mistreat mine. And I agree that anyone who doesn't like PS2 can leave, but then again, anyone who likes PS2 can put a raw chicken on their head and do the chicken dance.

PS2 is not as great now....
I really like it but all my old games are getting boring.
I can't wait till Christmas when I can get some new games for it!

I hate to say this, but the DS PWNS the PS2...
