Dragon_Rider - July 15, 2004 02:26 PM (GMT)
This is my favorite game serious other that Zelda. My fav game ever is FF tactics and i have played them all. I have beat FF tactics, VII, VIII, VIIII, X. My fav characters are Ramza FF Tactics, Cloud and Sephiroth FF VII, Squall FF VIII, and Auron from FF X.

FF looked pretty cool, but by the time I found out about it, it at #7, and I don't own a PS1 or PS2. But with that aside, click here, or click here. They're pretty funny, and probably more so to someone familiar with the series.

FF series is amazing.
But i don't like the way they keep swapping consoles, one minute its on PS2, then Game Cube, then GBA.
Its very annoying, espicially for the people who don't have all the consoles.

And Doom, you don't need to own a PS2 or PS1 to play them.
Like i said before, they swap consoles, its just the majority of FF games are on PS2.

Tactics and Crystal Cronnicals are on GBA and Game Cube.
Now don't tell me you don't have one of them, if so, what are you doing here :P

I have a GC, and a GBA player for my GC (w00t). Still, if I missed games 1-10 then isn't a bit late to try it out?

actually each one is different cept for X and X-2. different story line and everything. I actually started and VIIII, then VIII, then X, the tactics.

So, it doesn't matter what order you play them in?

No, all the storylines/characters/style of graphics and even game play.

The game play on all the FF series is similar to each other, but changed in minor ways. FFX for instance has a sphere grid, then on FF7 you have materia.

The storylines are completely different. FF8 is about a sorceress trying to take over the world, FFX is where a boy if transported in to the future and has to defeat a monster that keeps destroying the planet.

Graphics are - FF8 is realistic, FF9 is more cartoon.

Characters - Main character for FF8 is Squall, hes moody and not too nice at the beginning, and Zidane from FF9 is a thief, happy, always interested in girls.

Well, a little information for you^_^

There are some traditions, though. And as for X-2, I didn't like it...It wasn't very Final Fantasy...It was too different...

And, not to mention, the numberous fan-made games, like mine. Now MINE will definitly be a FInal Fantasy!

I don`t think that any other FF game could out do the story from FF VII that was an incredible stroy even though the graphics for the charactors was blockish the movie and surrounding graphics were awsome. And it had the best materia system. :P

It's equally divided I've seen about which is better. 7 or 8...

Some say 7, because 8 was too much of a love story, which it was...

Others say 8, because 7 was too incomplete, which that was also...

As for me, just as long as it's a Final Fantasy, I'm good...

Yeah, I just got CC. It is pretty awesome. And by pretty awesome I mean emmensly, kewlly, uberly, bigly awesome. 8)

What's the final fantasys about and what're they rated?

Darkness Wolf - August 24, 2004 05:15 AM (GMT)
First thing...

It depends which one you're playing...Most of the Final Fantasy games, except for X-2, are not sequels...X-2 is the rather pitiful, in my view, sequel to Final Fantasy X. But, for most of them, you're trying to save the world from something...Like the end of the world...

Second thing...Hrm...I want to say everyone...Or close to it...

(PS. I think Final Fantasy V was one of the best ones! That, and Final Fantasy Tactics was good too!)
