Is the next GTA going to be called GTA6 or gta: Insert name ?

Its online isn't it? I know they are planning/developing an online version, I just don't know if its going to be the next released GTA.

As for the name I'll guess its gonna be [insert here].

GTA 6 doesn't have the same ring to it as GTA: [place name] IMO.

The only problem I see with GTA is that its just the same thing over and over with a few new features and more gore. I prefer games like FF that have an involving story line and although similar they always seem to come up with new battle systems, skill/stat features and on the whole are a different gaming experiance from the last one.

Lets look at the GTA series defining what actually makes each one different.

GTA 3: 3D!
Vice City: Rideable Bikes, more gore, more weapons.
San Andreas: Swimming, more gore, more weapons.
(and one of em had sea and air vessels, can't remember which one had em first though, VC?)

Sure they have different story lines, new missions and a few other odds and ends, but on the whole they isn't much distinctive about them all.

To me GTA isn't so much a game I can play for hours, but something to pass the time when theres nothing else to do, I don't even strive to complete them, there just a bit of fun.

Now I''m not knocking GTA, there are great games in their own right, I'm just saying theres not that varies in each sequel.

I have loads of ideas they could add to the next gta . I saw something on GTA forums about GTA : Tri State I dont know if it is true or not .

Didn't you hear? They're going to add "Superblood mode"! One shot to a person makes blood gush out the bullet hole, and they remake the ground to look like skin and give you spiked shoes, so wherever you go you leave little geysers of blood spurting!
