METROID Pinball = O.o...
Mario I can understand, because his games are always sorta goofy and not that serious, same with Sonic. But I just can't imagine hitting a morphball around with a flipper hitting Metroids... >.<

Sorta like Pinball. You rocket something up really high in a machine and it gets smacked around with pins and you hope it falls in the right hole.

Nowadays they have slots in them, hence why people often say they're a combination of Slots and Pinball.
I have my own Pachinko machine; it's pretty old, an antique, really. It doesn't have slots, though. Cause it's so old.
