Description: Is the the next Nintendo Platform??

Sky - March 12, 2005 06:20 PM (GMT)
Well, I was crusing around the internet and then i found this. i looked it up on the nintendo website and It said that it is the new system in the making. With free Wi-Fi it should be awsome. Oh yeah also nintendo will have free Wi-Fi for all Ds owners sometime this year.

Here is the web page.

Yeah, I've already heard of it. I'm sure Tnf should have too. It's all over Boo Mansion.

Anyway, I think the DS thing is old news, too. if not, I missed my chance for a big topic.

I've known about it since back in, like, August, on the Nintendo Forums.

Yeah, the Nintendo Revolution will be the Gamecube 2.

Jeremysr - April 1, 2005 01:00 AM (GMT)

I was quoting what i thought tnf would say. He probably woulda said it too, if i didn't predict what he would say...

Ok.... Does anyone know how much the revolution will cost?!?!?!?!?

Toanuvafreak123 - April 3, 2005 01:57 AM (GMT)
Probably around $200...

Sky - April 4, 2005 01:39 AM (GMT)
My guess was that it would cost a minimum of $200 and a max of $250.

dragon-91 - April 4, 2005 02:21 AM (GMT)
$300 and then when no one buys it it will go down to $250 or $200

Mushroomed - April 4, 2005 08:07 PM (GMT)
i cant wait

Toanuvafreak123 - April 4, 2005 09:16 PM (GMT)
I still think 250 or 200 to start, and then it'll go down to 150 after a year and after 2 years 100...

My guess is the same.

I heard that the Revolution is just the code name like the dolphin was for the Cube. And i here that its going to be backwards compatible. and maybe online. i hope its online cuz then salees would improve. :matrixguy:

Toanuvafreak123 - April 6, 2005 09:40 PM (GMT)
Lol, in Pikmin 3 Olimar's Ship can be called the Revolution. And he can have a rival caled Oliwar.

Nyx - April 7, 2005 11:38 PM (GMT)
I heard about this a while ago as well. Knowing Nintendo, it probably will be more affordable to the common person. Like all Nintendo products.
Unlike money hungry Sony who makes a handheld and puts it out for 300$ at the cheapest..

I hope this goes over better than the Cube did. It wasn't a failure (heck, it's better than the PS2) but it didn't keep Nintendo skyrocketed up in the gaming industy status for very long. the Revolution sounds like it will be a bit more versitile game wise from other thing's.

Toanuvafreak123 - April 8, 2005 02:31 AM (GMT)
I think the online play will inspire a buncha jerks to cuss at normal people, skyrocketing the sales.

malatach - April 12, 2005 02:43 PM (GMT)
Well I say that anything that get people buying Nintendo Stuff is a great thing. I give mad Luv to NIntendo :mario: :luigi:
