This is the main idea:

This place you come to when you wanna relax, or go on a sub-quest.

Like: Mission: Walk through forest. Time left til end: 3 days

And you'd encounter stuff on the way, but YOU don't say what you encounter, that's up to Wolf or someone else he chooses. Like you can't say "Finds million dollar ruby", but the person say "You find a million dollar ruby in the bushes."
You could also just wind down, to gain your health back, and energy, too. Like sitting on a bench. You can buy weapons here, too. You can only speak for your own actions, not someone elses' (unless they're NPCs you control, like partners, but you can only have 1.)
